Two fixes in the Download panel's expanded release catalogue, web app only.

The catalogue used to hide the visitor's own platform from the newest group, so a wave of four builds read as three. It now lists every platform the wave shipped.

The separators between version groups were bare rules naming nothing; each now carries the version of the block it introduces.
