The community window now matches the access ladder. Signed out, you read the forum. Signed in, you can also write on the open boards. A paid account gets the paid boards and the Messages tab; everyone else sees a single Forum tab and no envelope badge.

Starting a conversation no longer needs an exact nick or a public id: type a few letters into the search box in Messages and pick the person from the list. The search forgives a typo or two and only lists paid accounts that have published a messaging key. Enter on the top result opens the conversation; a pasted public id still works.

Signing in with another account, or signing out, refreshes the board list and your conversations on the spot. Before this, the window kept the previous account's boards until a page reload, which is why an admin could sign in and see nothing. Server answers for the app are also marked as never to be cached by the browser or any proxy on the way.

The Vault tab in User Settings behaves like the rest of the app: one field is focused at a time, you can select text by dragging in the passphrase and recovery-key fields, and the recovery key itself is a real read-only field you can select and copy. After you copy or write down a new recovery key, a confirmation step asks you to enter it back before the app forgets it, so a key you never saved cannot slip through.
