Settings gained an Account tab, and the user button in the header opens it once you are signed in. It shows who you are signed in as and through which provider, lets you set or change your nick, shows your tier and role, and has the sign-out button and a shortcut to the vault. The sign-in window is only for signing in now.

A nick is required to write: an account without one can read the forum but cannot post or open a conversation. The app tells you so where you would write and takes you straight to the nick field.

Nick rules are stricter and fairer. Handles of brands, exchanges, trading firms, roles like admin and support, countries and well-known projects are held back so they can be given to their real owners; names that imitate them, such as an exchange name followed by digits or "support", are refused too. Abusive names are refused outright, including disguised spellings and known hate codes. A nick is three to twenty-four characters of Latin letters, digits, dots, dashes and underscores, starting and ending with a letter or digit.
