1. Acceptance
By downloading or using mylittlechart, you agree to these terms.
2. The Software
mylittlechart is a charting terminal provided "as is" without warranty. It connects to third-party exchanges and data providers — we are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of their data.
3. No Financial Advice
mylittlechart is a tool for viewing market data. Nothing in the application constitutes financial advice. Trading involves risk and you are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
4. Accounts and Subscriptions
A free account syncs one profile and can hold one live share link and ten screenshot links at a time.
A paid subscription tier raises those limits: multiple profiles, ten times the sync storage, forum write access, direct messages, and alert delivery. Paid tiers are billed as a recurring subscription; we do not promise refunds automatically.
Deleting your account removes your synced data, API keys, and sessions from our servers permanently. The desktop application updates itself automatically.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any losses arising from the use of this software, including but not limited to trading losses, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions.
6. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
